SICO Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of SICO Capital GCC Dividend Growth Fund due to the removal of the Board chairman of the Fund Mr. Sultan Abdulatif Nugali (Chairman-non independent) and appoint Mr. Fadhel Ahmed Makhlooq (Chairman-non independent member) and appoint Mr. Shakeel Sarwar (non- independent) as of the date 21/12/2022 corresponding to 27/05/1444 H.
