CUSTODY SERVICES

SICO Capital provides custody services, whereby we are responsible, on behalf of our clients, for holding and safeguarding the securities owned within a Fund structure. Our services as a Real Estate Custodian include settlement, safekeeping, and reporting of customers' interest in the REIT. Our custodial activities are all regulated by the CMA and are based on the custody contracts we sign with our clients.

Our goal is to become the custodian of choice in the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia for private and institutional investors.
