SICO Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of SICO Capital Money Market Fund due to the resignation of Board Membership Ms. Nejoud AlMulaik, Independent Member from 19-04-2022G corresponding to 18-09-1443H. The formation of the Board of Directors after the change, shall be: 1.Sultan bin Abdullatif bin Abdullah Nuqali (Chairman of the Board Dependent Member) 2.Ahmed Bushri Hussein (Dependent Member) 3.
