SICO Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of SICO Saudi REIT Fund due to appointment of board member Mr.Wesam Haddad (Chairman of the Fund Board – Non-Independent) from 08/10/1446H, corresponding to 6/04/2025G. The formation of the board of directors, after change, shall be:
