MUSCAT CAPITAL ANNOUNCES A DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION TO THE UNIT HOLDERS OF THE MUSCAT CAPITAL GCC DIVIDEND GROWTH FUND.

SICO Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unit holders of the SICO Capital GCC Dividend Growth Fund for the second half of 2020 AD as follows:

Total distributed profits 1,426,429.20 Saudi riyals

The cash dividends will be based on 6,410,917.7354 (number of units) of an outstanding unit.

The value of the distributed profit is 0.2225 Saudi riyals for each unit, and its ratio to the initial price of the unit is 2.23%.

The distribution percentage is 2.0% of net assets as on 16/5/1442H corresponding to 31/12/2020 AD

Eligibility for cash dividends will be for unit owners according to the register of unit owners at the end of Wednesday 4/7/1442 AH corresponding to 16/02/2021 AD.

Distributions will be paid within 5 business days

The fund manager would also like to remind the unit holders to update their data with the banks that have their accounts to ensure that their due profits are deposited directly into their accounts.
