MUSCAT CAPITAL ANNOUNCE THE DETAILS OF THE NOTIFIABLE CHANGES IN IPO FUND

SICO Capital announce the details of the notifiable changes in IPO Fund
The change will take effect on (09/06/1439 H) corresponding to 25/02/2018.
The details of the notifiable change are as per the below. The Fund
Has the option to invest Invest in all the initial public offerings that will be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has been listed during the last five years
Will not distribute the dividend obtained through cash dividends or profits from Capital gains & the fund will re-invest all its profits and returns back into the Fund
Removed the Sub-Manager and legal advisor
Updating the Investment limits
