Announcement by SICO Capital regarding call for a meeting of the Fund’s unitholders of SICO Saudi REIT Fund ( First Meeting )

SICO Capital Company, in its capacity as the fund manager of SICO Saudi REIT Fund ("the Fund"), invites the Fund’s unitholders to attend the unitholders meeting scheduled to be held virtually via modern technology. The Quorum required to conduct the meeting shall consist of unitholders holding together at least 25% of units, registered in the register of unitholders at the Securities Depository Center (EDAA) at the end of the trading session preceding the meeting of unitholders, for Voting on the voluntary withdrawal of SICO Capital Company from the management of the Fund, and the appointment of a replacement Fund Manager.
