SICO Capital Company announce the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to SICO Saudi REIT Fund, and such change will become effective on 30-10-2025 corresponding 08-05-1447, and the details of the non- fundamental changes are appointing Albilad Investment Company as the new custodian in place of Riyad Capital and updating the fund manager’s address.
