SICO Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors SICO MENA Equity Fund - Class B due to appointment of board member Mr.Mishal Ali Al-Hellow (Chairman of the Fund Board – Non-Independent) from 16/09/1446H, corresponding to 16/03/2025G. The formation of the board of directors, after change, shall be:
