Hassan AlShuaiby has more than 20 years of experience in the international and local financial sector and a distinguished professional career working with financial organizations such as Capital Market Authority, Supreme Economic Council, World Bank and few private organizations such as Merril Lynch . Hassan served as an investment advisor to H.E. Minister of Housing, Saudi Arabia. He also worked with Saudi Capital Market Authority for more than 10 years until 2019 and held a number of senior positions with the last one being Head, Investment Product Issuance Division. Hassan holds a MS in Project Management from The George Washington University, USA and BS in Finance and International Business from The American University, USA
Najla Al Shirawi has more than 21 years of investment banking experience. Having been part of SICO since 1997, she was appointed CEO in 2014 following her appointment as deputy CEO in 2013. Najla served with Geneva-based Dar Al-Maal Al-Islami Trust, where she established private banking operations for the Group in the Gulf region. Najla is a Board member at the Bahrain Economic Board (EDB) and a Chairperson on the Board of Directors for two SICO subsidiaries: SICO Funds Services Company (SFS) in Bahrain and SICO Invest in Abu Dhabi, a Vice Chairperson for SICO Capital . She is also an Independent Board Member of Eskan Bank BSC(c), Bahrain and a Board Member of the Future Generation Reserve Council , Bahrain, Deposit Protection Scheme, Bahrain, the Bahrain Associations of Banks, and the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and Finance from the American College in London and a BA in Civil Engineering from the University of Bahrain.
