SICO Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of SICO Kingdom Equity Fund Class (B) due to appointment of board member Mr.Mishal Ali Al-Hellow (Chairman of the Fund Board – Non-Independent) from 12/09/1446H, corresponding to 12/03/2025G. The formation of the board of directors, after change, shall be:
